Make it Sustainable: The best workouts and routines are the ones that you actually want to do. Today we're going to figure out what those are. You're going to learn how to embody these principles and set you up for success. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, get faster, or go longer, today is how you start. By the end of this session you will have 1-2 defined goals and a plan to achieve them. By getting this far, you've already taken the first step, I look forward to helping you take the next one.
